Fighting with this character: Sure, why not?
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure, you can try (and probably succeed?) Preferably nothing permanent, though.
Killing this character: No.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'd prefer no, but you can ask.
